Good News
At times, it may seems that bad news is all around. Social media can accentuate conflict, dischord, and rude behavior. Someone always has a beef about this or that, big or small.
You don’t have to listen. If you are doom scrolling on your phone or tablet, you can be overwhelmed with negative vibes.
Set the electronic devices down. Limit your time on them. Or, make sure you subscribe to some positive apps or newsletters that emphasize good news, heroes, accomplishments, discoveries, and people helping people. You don’t have to put on rose colored glasses and ignore reality, but you do need to strive for a balance. Protect your mental health by feeding your brain things that are healthy for it.
Look for the good
It’s out there. It make get buried under hostilities that seem to be running rampant. But once, you start looking, you find plenty of good news to celebrate.
