Outreach program for homelessness.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Assist homeless individuals or families navigate through crisis situations by connecting families to resources via coordinated entry. Crisis intervention 24/7. Reunification services. Food, clothing, emergency shelter, hygiene, and healthcare needs. Individual counseling. Life skills training. Education assistance. Pregnancy testing, parent education, and support.
