Prayer Room

Always make Room for Prayer

Prayer plays an important role in our faith journey and our relationship with God, our Father, and his Son Jesus Christ. It gives us a chance to center ourselves, settle, organize our thoughts and focus on what is important in our lives and what we want to share with the holy Father. We can make petitions. But we can also listen for what God has to say to us. We can reflect on messages in our Bible, and be open to what God is asking of us.

If prayer isn’t an active part of your daily routine now, you can begin today. If you are not sure how to get started, be assured, there are no rules. How you pray is very personal. That is okay. Trust that God will find you where you are and show you what to do. Your prayer habits may change as your faith evolves. Just begin. Talk. Trust. Listen. Give thanks. Feel God’s precense and rejoice in His love. It is a remarkable thing.

Make a Prayer Request

We are happy to pray with you individually, if you like, or we can add your name (or initials) and brief (1-6 words) to the list of prayer requests shared in our weekly church bulletin. Our men’s and women’s ministries are also available to pray on your behalf, if you want. Please let us know what feels right for you.

We respect your privacy. We know that the message you want to bring to the Lord may be very intimate, something that is hard to put into words. You can simply say, “Pray for me” and trust that God knows the details. God knows what is in your heart. God knows what is right for you. And He hears your, even when your prayer is humble, simple, and only a few words.

Know your prayers are heard. Tell us how we can help. Your request will be read by one person and directed to a church pastor, ministry, or the church bulletin, as you direct.
